Sports outcomes are uncertain. No pick, signal or model is guaranteed to win, and you can lose money betting on sports. Past results, whether live or backtested, do not predict future results.

How our records are calculated

Live record: every best bet is locked with a timestamp before its game starts and graded automatically from the final score at the price posted when it locked, at its unit size (halftime BETs are 5 units, the deep dive's best bet of the day 3 units, and every other call (halftime leans, early calls, opening-line calls) 1 unit). Pushes are no action. Bets pulled before kickoff because of major news (for example, a starting quarterback ruled out) are excluded and labeled as pulled.
Backtests: backtested figures are hypothetical. They show how a rule would have performed on historical games and lines, tested on seasons it was not built on. They are not results of actual bets and have limits: historical lines may differ from what you could have bet, and juice isn't always recorded.
Member records: individual results built from members' own logged bets. They are not typical, and small samples can swing widely.
