Terms of service

Last updated October 18, 2026.

1. Who we are

HalfSharp is operated by Precision Sports Mathematics ("we", "us"). By using the site or app you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and located where sports betting is legal. You're responsible for complying with your local laws.

3. The service

HalfSharp provides sports analytics, model outputs, picks and a bet tracker for information and entertainment. We don't accept wagers and don't guarantee any result. See our disclaimer.

4. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

Payments are processed by Whop and are also subject to Whop's terms. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each period at the price shown at sign-up until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We'll tell you before any price change takes effect for your plan. Founding-member pricing stays in place while your subscription remains active.

5. Your account

Keep your PIN and login private. Accounts are for one person. Don't share, resell or redistribute picks, signals or other member content.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the service, its data or its models, interfere with its operation, or use it to build a competing product.

7. Intellectual property

The site, app, models, picks and content belong to Precision Sports Mathematics. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your account is active.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for betting losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll notify members before they take effect.

10. Contact
